Shipping policy

Print-on-demand items are fulfilled by Printful. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, then shipping — usually 3–5 business days domestically, longer internationally. You'll get a tracking link by email once it ships; exact timelines vary by product and destination.

Digital products aren't shipped — delivered instantly after checkout.

Custom & commissioned services (Brand Identity Build, Bespoke Interactive Tool) are non-shipping; timelines are set individually per project and communicated when work begins. The Commissioned Print Run is the exception — it does ship a physical product, at no shipping charge to you. Delivery timeline and logistics for that piece are arranged directly with you once the project is scoped.
